For 24 years only approximately 20% increase. Much better than most everything else that has went up in 24 years. Nothing stays the same, especially for that long of a period.

Well what's the question or the issue? Your post is vague. We can try to torture what it is you want out of you, but I don't feel like lugging a car battery and jumpers around. And I'm all out of bamboo chutes.
