Re: Feedback

No- the site, in general- is Buyer Oriented because without buyers;

sellers would make no $$

If sellers don't make no $$- ebay makes no $$

So, Buyers are king...As it should be!

Re: Feedback

What's does the term "next generation kids" mean?

eBay's Money Back Guarantee is a promise that overrides any seller's policy, ensuring that all buyers on eBay are protected.

Re: Feedback

eBay will always continue to move towards buyer centric.

I like buyers. More the merrier.

Kids, by definition, are the next generation.

Oh, my. The first negative stings. Your reply probably harmed you worse than the feedback, too. Good luck and good golly.

What kind of statement is that?

I don't know what kind of help you are expecting.  Your response to the negative feedback is among the worst I've ever seen.  You damaged your feedback far more than anything your buyer said.  When potential buyers read how you talk about your buyers they likely will not want to have anything to do with you.

Your response to your neutral feedback is a little better, but still not good.

I know you aren't going to agree with me.  But what I've said is true.  It is important to remember these are NOT personal transactions, they are business transaction.  Your emotions and salty way of talking has no place on your feedback page.  It only makes you look bad.

Re: Feedback

It's amusing; I was just looking at that Wikipedia page too... lol!

However, for the next generation of kids in their 20s to 30s, it seems unlikely that many would hold big decision-making positions at eBay as of yet.  Maybe I'm wrong and they are all 20-30 somethings at eBay...

Re: Feedback

Don't know anything about eBay's hiring practices; however, eBay has always been biased in favor of buyers over sellers.

And many buyers feel Ebay protects Its sellers and not the buyers so much.  I've certainly read many posts by buyers that can't get the response they desire from a seller or Ebay.

And just as sellers aren't always right in distinguishing the correct path for Ebay, neither are many buyers.  Some due to lack of understanding the rules, some because they have their emotions all mixed up in whatever has happened on the transaction and likely a few other reasons.

But as a seller, I agree with you.  It is just the other side will have a different view point which is not unusual at all.
