There were icons on the all orders page that showed when feedback was left by a buyer and when feedback was left me, the seller. Now I only see the green icon where the buyer left feedback, but the icon showing that I left or need to leave feedback is missing. If I mouse over near the icon showing a buyer left feedback, a message will pop-up that I left feedback or need to leave feedback, but otherwise there's nothing there but the buyer's green icon. Is it just on my computer (i.e., is it showing on yours) or is ebay tinkering with settings again?
