Quite a while ago, I completed a sale of my iPhone cases, everything went smoothly and I shipped them out. Later, the buyer contacted me complaining that the model of the phone was incorrect. I found this absurd considering I only sell one type of iPhone cases. What I also find absurd is eBays lack of care for complaints even if the negative review deters sales despite it being untrue. The negative feedback literally just says "it is false" with an angry emoji. Come on now eBay get it together.

In your item specifics the brand is BNR but the title suggests that it is an Apple iphone 11 case rather than a generic phone case. Someone just looking at the title might assume that it is made by Apple so based on the listing title, the feedback may be accurate. I believe that you have to specify in the title that is made for that model. Here is the ebay policy...
