This is a month now with the same item i'm trying to sell and a fake bideder winds. Its getting old.
Can't I just cancel the order then give the second chance to the actual winner of the auction?
What do you all do to try and stop fake bidders? Couldn't imagine if you had like 20 items up and 10 of them were fake.
Getting irratating, I know the other bidders were real.

Computers and cellphones are probably the highest fraud categories for sales from new sellers. I wouldn't suggest selling anything above your feedback count (for you $4).
If you must sell, sell it Fixed Price with Immediate Payment Required. Then the listing will stay live unless the buyer pays.

You've "sold" this item three times now.
If you know the other bidders were real, then you know exactly how much those real bidders were willing to pay for it.
Use that information to pick a price, and then list the item at fixed price with immediate payment required.

Don't sell computers or cell phones.
List as Buy It Now with immediate payment required.

List your item as buy it now with immediate payment. That way it stays listed until someone actually pays for it.
To make second chance offers follow the directions here: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/selling-auctions/making-second-chance-offers?id=4142
If you are still trying to sell electronics on a low feedback account you will have a large number of scammers. That's just how it is. The smart thing to do is do some buying and sell some small price items to get your feedback numbers up, THEN sell electronics.
