I'm assuming eBay used a foreign call center to call me back. The employee was able to assure me an invoice had been revised and credit me for an eBay label on a package I retrieved from the post office. USPS was not able to do this, as package received initial scan. Customer reported a wrong address within an hour and USPS pulled the package for me to pick up. Great teamwork!

Last week I had a suspicious buyer who wrecked havoc with my item & my account.
First spoke to representative in The Philippines, second time spoke to Utah and 3rd time got Ireland. All 3 representatives went over & beyond to assist me.

Was it the Irish call center ? by far the best customer service team I've ever been in contact with.

I am guessing I got the call center in India. He was great. Plus I could understand him.
