Does anyone know if "Fast 'n Free" has been removed from eBay listings? My listings used to always show 'Fast 'n Free", however, today I notice that it is gone. Also, my estimated delivery dates seem to be way off...estimated delivery to my own zip code 11 - 13 days out depending on service selected. I have one day handling time, so that should not be the issue.
Is there a glitch that anyone knows of?
Thank You

What's your handling time?
This is crazy that Priority shows May 22nd
I even changed zip to a Phoenix zip & it is still May 21st
something isn't right
@Anonymous
This isn't the 1st post with crazy est. delivery dates, this OP's listings doesn't show the orange flag for extended handling time.
what is up with this?
Thanks

Perhaps eBay has revised their delivery estimate for listings where a seller offers generic "Economy" service rather than a specific service (such as USPS First Class package).
Try revising a listing: Remove the generic "Economy" option, so that FC package is your first shipping option (change that to free also of course).

Handling time is 1 day right now, however, I am going away for a long weekend so will be adjusting it tomorrow.

Thank you for your suggestion. I revised one of my listings, as you suggested, and I am still seeing May 22nd for FC Package and May 21st for Priority on the revised listing.

OK, now I have revised a different listing and this time your suggestion did make a change. The Fast 'n Free is now showing on the revised listing and estimated delivery to my own zip code is May 16th for FC package.

I read in another thread that unless you opt-in to the Guaranteed Delivery program, the estimated dates shown when someone searches for an item will be out of whack. Why? Who knows.
But in this other thread, the person was told by ebay that when the person clicked on the item it would show the correct estimated delivery.
However, the OP rightfully argued that if someone sees an out of whack delivery on an item in search, why would they even bother clicking on that item and investigating it further?
I think this is definitely something that @Anonymous or alan@ebay need to address...

I still see fast and free on my own listings. I saw another thread that may be linked to your problem. Trinton was looking into the issue.

Thank you for sharing the thread. I know that none of my listings meet the requirements for GD, so that could be the problem. I look forward to hearing what eBay has to say...

Check the shipping to Canada.............. I don't have a zip to use, but without one, one listing said $1.15 to Canada and that can't be right.......lol

Hi @mcdougle4248, I'm happy to work with you on a solution for this with some more info! Can you share with me some item number examples that I can test out and provide to our tech teams for our investigation?

Thank you for your very fast reply. Here are several item numbers of my active listings. I just choose them at random and one was actually still displaying Fast'n Free to my zip code. I have indicated the one that is still displaying Fast 'n Free, all of the others have long estimated delivery times.

Yes, that is right. I have checked with my Post Master many times over the years, just to make sure nothing has changed. One of my ornaments can ship to Canada (letter) without customs and one USPS Global Forever stamp. My buyers don't get tracking, however, I have never had an INR to Canada.
