Hello guys. I recently handled a return and now I am going to issue the refund since my insurance claim on postage was approved (item arrived damaged, returned). I am getting this error when I click on issue refund, "There was a problem sending your refund to the buyer. To try again or to see what's wrong,go to PayPal." PayPal gives me no insight on what to do. Do you guys have any advice? Thanks.

You are on Managed Payments now - could this order have been before you switched over?

I VAGUELY recall me hitting an error like that months ago and I’ve been in MP since 12/2020. I remember ebay saying it was some sort of glitch. I can’t remember what happened. Usually that means it fixed itself eventually. Contact eBay about it if you can’t refund by Tuesday (Monday is a holiday and doesn’t count as a business day).
