I am trying to create a shipping policy, but keep getting this message, "Please provide the correct information in the highlighted fields
- HTTP 403: This page is forbidden"
No fields are highlighted, so I don't know what needs to be changed. I see this has been an ongoing issue on Ebay, as I've seen others posting since 2019 about it. No one seems to have any answers??
