I listed two items on Feb 28th and was charged the $0.30 per item. Customer service was helpful and reversed the charges (still, too much headache for $0.60!). I remember some people posting about weird promotions showing up on the 28th, and wonder if it might have been related to that. However, I was still within my monthly free listing limit.
So, just a reminder to double check your February invoice. If you have the item # you were charged the fee for, it should make the call with customer service a little less painful.

Same thing happened to me, only I was charged the insertion fee 5 times...and it wasn't even for newly listed items, it was for items I had already listed but later lowered the price / edited the decription.
Super shady.

Nothing shady about it. It was system wide glitch. All you need to do is call Ebay and they will refund the fees.

Shouldn't they be able to tell who was effected by the glitch, and correct things automatically?
What if I didn't notice?
