What happened to edit start time for items scheduled. When scheduling listings with "like items" I like to get them all scheduled, then pull in the start time so they appear as active at the same time.

Start date & time are still there when I try to schedule a listing on a PC. They are just to the right of the radio button line "Scheduled to start on." First box is the date, second box is the time.
It would make no sense to take away the scheduled start time for a scheduled listing.

Yes, I've been seeing this recently too. I found you can still change a listing one at a time by clicking "edit" on each item, which is not ideal, but it works for small numbers of listings.

It's always been there - has never been removed.

More importantly why does it even matter for fixed price items since ebay software pushes the start times around regardless of what we set? Plus how do you know for sure if the start times are based on your time zone or does ebay use PST for everything since their headquarters is thirty minutes down the road from me? I swear I have noticed my ending times don't line up with my original start times after a few months of auto relisting for BIN listings. It is like the Twilite Zone here lately.

You might want to double check - I always thought that if you picked a specific start time (as opposed to "start when posted") there was an extra fee.
I accomplish the same thing by doing a bunch of listings as drafts and then click "list all" when I have all the drafts done. No extra fees.

It's missing when you try to do a bulk edit and it's been happening for a while.

It used to be 10 cents to set a start time but that is no longer true. You can now do it for free.
What I would NOT do is have more than one listing ending at the same time. I rarely see that from sellers but when I do it can be a real pain because I cannot follow each individual listing as it ends. I prefer to not bid too far in advance because that lets someone else nibble bid my final payment higher even if they do not exceed it.
