Customers contacted us today as our pictures did not show on their end when browsing our store
Called Ebay gave them 14 items as example they said it was a problem across their site and multiple vendors were affected
Asked when it would be fixed gave no timeframe
I re-uploaded the pictures to my listing and guess what, still not there
They suggested we email the pictures to each customers that ask
Told them they need to put something on their site that they were having technical difficulties so the seller does not look stupid
Why should the seller bear the cost of their mistakes and they also upset their customer base while we pay our fees regardless of their mistakes
What is frustrating to me is how they do not care they do not contact us when they know they have issues, last time they had issues it took both of us three months to fix the ads after their upgrades with serious glitches
Well is it time to go to other better technical sites, probably
Been an Ebay supporter for ever but now reaching my limit on lost business, our own time lost to fix their outdated technology and I surely do not like our customers being frustrated trying to shop.
Very sad after so many years with Ebay but looking at other selling platforms.
