Anyone notice that the buyers hold all the cards and you basically have no power but to give stuff away FOR FREE and still get negaive feedback>??

No. Not if you respond to the buyer and try to work things out. If you ignore a buyer, you will lose every time.

They had a neg they left for a seller removed (on another thread) and this all is spill over...and are now taking it out on others

Newsflash! Ebayers have ALWAYS been cheap. Why pay retail when you can get it HERE for a fraction of the cost if you are willing to accept second hand? And I would posit that it isnt EBAY or the BUYERS who have dragged it down but delusional sellers who think they are Saks Fifth Avenue while offering ratty old Mart stuff for ridiculous prices.

Thank you for agreeing with me. That was what I said. Giving a refund does not negate the buyer's right to express an opinion on that transaction. IOW, giving a refund does not and should not take away the buyer's right to express their opinion of that transactions.
