Ebay Store Design question

How do you change the font color of the custom store categories in the sidebar of your shop page? I see places to change font color and size for all other headers and text in the shop, but not those.

I ask because I prefer to use a dark red bckground for branding purposes but the default blue font color for store categories text is VERY difficult to read on my store page against that dark red color. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Nope- This is the page I was working from. It gives you options for "section title" HEADING, but not for the actual links UNDER that heading, which is what I am looking to change.

Are you in the new store format or the old store format? I don't see a store on the account your posting from. I change my colors monthly, depending on the season.
