As anyone else noticed that the level of phone support has just gone down hill? I called in today to get a negative feedback removed that was posted today where the customer only said "Did not reach me" . We shipped the item and it was delivered on 11/3/18 and signed for. No communication from the buyer only the negative feedback. Ebay CS agent argued with me on what "did not reach me" means and that it could not be removed. This is the second time I have had to call this month and the previous time the agent wanted to argue with me rather than try to help. In the end I had to teach the agent eBays own policies. Just a waste of my time. Why do sellers have to train the eBay employees? Way to frustrating.
