Yep, I've been doing it for a few months.  No big deal, you do a short survey once a month or so.  I have been disappointed that they don't seem to get much into the really important questions, most of it so far has been just fluff. 

I was a member of a group called "Voices" back in the early 2000's, got flown out to San Jose for a few days, then weekly conference calls for several years afterwards.  Then Meg left, JD came and the program was ended.  That program really dug into issues and eBay really listened.

I was in something similar to Voices, but it never amounted to much.

I didn't get an invite, I don't  think.  I have been getting a lot of other nonsense from them lately though.

I also got the invite and joined. I saw they haven't had a newsletter since August. Does that mean they took a long break and are now ramping activity back up and inviting more sellers to participate?

The eBay Expression website is powered by Vision Critical. Its "Sparq" software is described as enabling brands to "look beyond transactional data by inviting customers to participate in insight communities - ongoing, secure two-way dialogues that provide a dynamic, comprehensive understanding of customer attitudes, emotions, and intentions."

It helps "create a customer intelligence ecosystem" that "fosters authentic ongoing customer relationship."

Oh, brother...!  It's little wonder they aren't spending much time on "important questions"...

How laughable that you have to sign an NDA to join.  So much for transparency.

I have been a member for around year.  It does not take much time but many of the surveys are the smae just reworded and they are really just a push to sell their policies.  Even when the result of the survey says 90% would not do this they do not change or listen.  I have been disappointed in it.
