DO NOT SELL SNEAKERS THROUGH THIS PROGRAM!
I was completely baffled. I've never purchased Yeezys from anywhere other than through the Adidas confirmed app. The reason I received was " doesn't seem authentic". I literally have my original emailed receipts and tracking information directly from Adidas !

^^^ This is good. Did you receive a message to provide these to eBay?

Maybe it would have helped to put a description of the shoes on your listing.

The program doesn't just check authenticity they also check to make sure the condition matches the listing.
Your listing only states "These are in great condition and only worn a few times!" maybe your idea of "great" is not the same as the authenticators.
Looking at the picture of the soles I'm pretty certain that is the issue.

"Doesn't seem authentic" and "condition not as stated" are two completely different issues though. This makes the authenticators look lame.

Like almost everything else that relies on a decision by a human, the eBay authentication program is not perfect.

I agree, it IS "lame"!
This recent article on ecommercebytes makes it sound like eBay will be improving the communications for this type of situation, not only making it clear to both parties what the specific problem is and also giving buyers the opportunity to say "yeah it's ok, I still want it".
I do not and probably never will sell anything that eBay authenticates so I only skimmed the article.

If vague terms are the issue, then its the fault of Ebay and the authenticators.
They need to define what the terms are to dscribe the shoes, and what the definitons are. They already have done so for items in general we use - New, New other, Open Box, Refurbished, Used, For Parts, etc.
If confusion exists its up to ebay and their authenticators to define the terms and explicit definitions to those terms, so that more accurate listings can be made and less items rejected for not being classified a certain level, with the seller only finding out after the facf, and botching a sale for the seller and money for ebay.

Authenticators will make mistakes, and should error on the side of caution when there is doubt.
Buyers already getting stuck with no recourse for return with fake products that pass authentication.

I’ve sold hundreds of shoes and have had instances where a shoes that I sold as new and was new be deemed as used or worn. I hate how sales are competitive and every sale falls on whatever eBay’s authenticity team decides. eBay needs to be more leant as shoes are clothing that is often tired on and aren’t made perfect from the factory.
