We have been selling the rolling log mouse trap on eBay for over four years ann now eBay requires a EPA Registration number or we can't sell. There is no pesticides involved with this trap. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I need to proceed. I have tried talking to eBay but with no luck. Thanks

Can you get a letter from the EPA saying it's not required or issued for that item ?

"Paypal is the only payment method accepted"
I don't know about EPA requirements, but I do know that you should remove the Paypal statement as it violates listing policy.

Have you contacted the eBay for Business Facebook group? They may be able to steer you to someone that may know something.

Thank you I will try that

You need to remove the picture of your phone number telling people to call and place orders. That is against ebay policy and can get you banned.

Contact the manufacturer.

I'm running into the same issue. I sell an all-natural product that repels mice. It says on the packet that it is exempt from EPA certification. I assume because it has no harmful ingredients. Sucks because I just stocked up and now I can't sell it.

I wonder if you listed them under traps instead of pest control if ebay would allow it.

You might want to mention that the bucket is not included. There are buyers out there that expect to receive everything that is in the pictures and then you’ll end up with a INAD case.
