Maybe more information, such as an actual question not just a 5 word title. What eBay views are you asking about? People that have viewed your listings? People that are watching your listings? Or maybe items you have viewed?
You are asking sellers or buyers, not eBay when you ask questions here. We can only see the public part of your account.

Ebay changed the views to only show views for the last 30 days. So, if it says zero there, that means no one looked at your listing for 30 days. You can click the zero there to show how many views for 7 days, 90 days, 6 months or a year. If you have watchers, but no views, that means the watcher probably clicked watch over 30 days ago.

If you mean that you're seeing views at "0" or very, very low, eBay has changed the way views are tabulated for display. You're probably seeing your views just the way eBay intends for you to see them, you're just not used to seeing them be low or non-existent.

You cannot restore your views.

EBAY VIEWS - HOW TO RESTORE
If by "restore" you mean you want to force eBay to undo their recent decision to only show view from the past 30 days instead of cumulative views , you can't.
If by "restore" you mean you want to force eBay buyers to view your listings as much as they used to, you can't.
If by "restore" you mean something else, you will need to come back and tell us what that something else is.

When I go to search for similar items to the ones I have listed, I cannot find mine.

So what benefit is there to automatically delisting?

So what benefit is there to resisting?

Is this related to your nearly 2 year old post, or is this something different?

Are my automatically delisted items being viewed? When I look for them under similar listings, I cannot find them.

If your items are no longer listed, if they show up in completed listings they can be seen. But if you've deleted them no one can view them.
