I purchased an item from ebay and when I checked the details after the purchase the shipping address shows someone else address with a different name and different state,this happend now twice in a row and I had to cancel my order.Hope someone can help me with this.I checked my personal information on ebay and it shows my name and the correct shipping address.
I used to ship from my work address for eBay, so I had two different addresses that were validated by eBay. Same name though. Many people work from home and many don't. They may have a large inventory and need another place to store it.

If you go to your Account Addresses page and click the Edit button on all five addresses in turn, is each one showing the correct stored address for you? (You can store more than one address and choose which one to use for each purchase.) Do you recognize the Ship-To name or address that's appearing when you make your payment? I assume no one else has access to your buying account...?

Thanks for your help,the shipping was for someone in a different state,the other 4 had my correct address,not sure how this happened but it seems to be ok now,thanks again
