E-Bay server down Wed. evening

I went to check on the 4 items I had ending last evening but the server was down for at least 90 minutes.

When It was back up,  my auctions had ended and the items were in the unsold list. 

If the server was down when my auctions ended, I'm wondering if they were also  unavailable to 

potential bidders during this most important time frame?
