I had to cancel and order because a buyer wanted to send their order to an address that was different from the address that was listed in the purchase. I tried to cancel the order but it didn't go through the first time but it did the next time I tried and it's now showing that I had 2 processing cancellations, which ended up fully processing. It's now showing that my account is in the negative for two cancellations as well, but i'm hoping that will resolve itself as well. Has anyone had anything like this happen before?
