Why does eBay even have duplicate listings policy, listing standards and so on if things like these seem to be perfectly ok with them?
Yes, it is the same seller, and yes, he does use the same photo of a DVD of a Zac Efron movie for 10 identical listings of a roof rack.

You think I did not? By the way - in typical eBay fashion the box that says "enter up to 10 item numbers" would not let me proceed until I was down to 1.

Yea, report is broken for entering all the duplicates, but the report needs more than 1 item number. We can only enter 2 item numbers per report, separated by a comma (like 123456789,234567891)
