Hello,
Reconciling my eBay list of payouts etc. I discovered two labels for the same mailing. They were printed 45" apart. Given I may have mistakenly printed two labels, I check the tracking. BOTH labels were tracked as received at the local post office where I dropped them off and tracked to the one destination. There was only one buyer and one package. Additionally it was not a correction at the post office for missing postage. Anyone else have problems with eBay and this postage system?? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If the USPS is reporting that both labels were scanned, then eBay customer service will not be able to explain why the post office scanned both labels or force the USPS to give you a refund.
You would need to talk to the USPS.

what you are describing is virtually impossible...
1 label/scan has no correlation with another label/scan whatsoever....even the same name/address...
could you possibly post the tracking number(s)...this is interesying

Just an FYI
we can't help you get your duplicate fee back if you just do a drive-by post to complain......

Since you may have printed two labels is it possible you may have put both labels on different sides of the package and not noticed? That could explain how they both got scanned.

Yes, this is totally a USPS problem, HOWEVER, the system set up here to print labels will not allow a person to print more than 1 label per order without an error message coming up.
In other words, the system will inform you that you already printed a label for that order.
something smells here

Did that buyer buy and pay for two items separately and you didn't notice.
