Domestic Shipping Error Message

With this new listing tool, (I HATE IT) I keep getting this error message.  How do I make it stop???

If overrides are provided for domestic shipping, you need to provide overrides for all services in domestic shipping.

I have no idea. This thing is absolutely broken.

You try to do it on mobile and they tell you to use the desktop. It went from simple and working to complicated and broken.

It's infuriatingly bad. Almost enough to make me want to leave ebay all together.

I guess I can't edit my reply. What a dumb system. Anyway, literally the only way is to create a new shipping "policy" every time.  I just give it a garbage name and create one each time.  That's literally the only way to go around their stupid bug because "Edit Cost For The Listing" ONLY gives you the obtuse "If overrides are provided for domestic shipping, you need to provide overrides for all services in domestic shipping."  error.

Absolute insanity. Clearly tested by noone.
