So 2 weeks ago, I sold an item for local pickup, tried to scan the QR code, and eBay said it was an invalid code. Tried to type in the 6 digit pin, eBay also said it was an invalid pin. Buyer marked the item picked up, I marked it picked up after snapping a picture of the QR code and messaging it to the buyer and them replying they got it. All good, kinda.
Yesterday, Wednesday I tried once more to use the QR code, same problem. Tried to put in the PIN, same problem. Did the same song and dance to take a picture of the QR code, send a message via the app with the code, and the buyer sends one back they picked it up.
When will this work, so I don't look like I'm clueless and like I don't know how to scan a QR code through the app, or select the PIN input method. Or worse, to avoid a buyer who might just decide they want the item, and a refund?
