Right so had a buyer purchase an item from me, said arrived as an empty package was sent via royal mail 1st class signed for, the item looked like it had been ripped and they too it out. Asked them how they knew the item was from me since i dont give out the tracking numbers and nothing on the packet is labelled to my business.
Told to open a case, buyer is a brand new buyer on ebay 0 feedback, they opened the wrong case which took even more work too do.
Resent another item, these are personalised btw, said she recieved it and will leave feedback.
Negative feedback obviously which ebay removed as the whole transaction seemed suspicious, didnt close the case like i asked since they had the item.
Case closed in my favour and now getting contstant messages saying not happy and doesnt fit right, what would you do?

Case closed in your favor, negative feedback already removed, - what more can she do to you.
I would block her from ever bidding again and ignore any further emails.

I would send the Tracking numbers and make sure my return address was on the outside of the package.
I would ask on the UK boards instead of the US boards.

Hi, yes didnt realise i was on the us boards, and what i meant was if there was no object inside, no telling who the package was from since there were no details on the outside, how would you know to go after a seller when it came with all your normal mail in the post

If I purchased an item from you and the post mark said Romford, and it was sent 1st class signed for, I would know it was you who sent the package even if it was empty.

Sounds like you can expect an Item Not as Described case to be opened shortly. (assuming they initially opened an INR case)
Add this buyer to your Buddy List.

Block them and if the emails keep coming you can press charges. Best regards
