For the second time in a few days, I have a defect for late delivery. I post within 24 hours and have proof of postage.
The response to my appeal against the defect is automatically generated:
"We cannot remove it in this instance, as it is an indicator of a less than positive buying experience. We understand you may feel that you did everything to take care of your buyer.
Please note that this decision is final and cannot be changed or escalated."
Very frustrating!

This doesn't sound right.
Do you use ebay shipping?
Do you post tracking numbers?
Are the items scanned in by the carrier within your shipping time frame?

You might post on the UK board..........there may be different nuances with the different shipping services compared to here in the US................

A UK issue. I have the Royal Mail number to show posted in time. Just want to talk to somebody instead of the automated reply and rejection.
