Had a recent issue with the eBay Standard Envelope where the buyer messaged reporting they hadn’t received the item. At my direction, the buyer opened an item not received case. The buyer and I had messaged back and forth extensively, and I dispatched a replacement product with expedited shipping. The buyer left positive feedback.
eBay then decided the case in the buyers favor, refunded them, and hit me with a “case closed without seller resolution.” I appealed immediately, but it’s gone without a response for over 2 weeks now. Is there any way to get in touch with a real person to look at the details of this?
