Dealing with case resolutions
==
First, when I am sent a buyer open case notice (see photo 1) I get NO info to help me.
The first thing I need to know is the sale date. This way I can goto my SOLD page and find the transaction fast and see if I have any notes for this buyer.
==
The second thing I see is the EBay buyer ID.
The SOLD page (after your changes) NO longer shows the Buyer ID. (See image 2)
==
The Third is NO quick link to contact the Buyer on SOLD page. (See Image 3)
Yes I know I can click the down arrow and then click contact buyer, then right click
And open in new tab. BUT WHY?
You want fast response this is not the way.

Finally, when you do get to the resolution center and you attempt to send a message to your buyer. You get a 1 inch text box to type in. REDICULIOUS. How about a real text bow to type in, maybe 4x5. Anything would be an improvement. Add an image would be nice.

You probably need to ship the buyer the book they ordered from you.

That's ridiculous. The text box scrolls. Both buyer and seller do not have the Add photos option for an Item Not Received refund request: It's for return requests.

Go to your sold page and search for the item number.
Click on the listing which will show you order details including sold date.
There are several easy ways to get that information.

The buyer's name is a link to their eBay profile page. Click on it and you will see their ID, feedback and a link to contact them.

Scroll to the right. There is an actions drop-down. On my page it says view order details with an arrow to the right of that- clicking on the arrow shows more options including contact buyer.

The text box should scroll up and down if it's full.
A fast way to get to the resolution center is to click the link on the bottom of every page that says resolution center.

Also- you would not have to deal with INRs on eBooks if you listed them in the correct category (Everything Else) using the correct listing format (Classified Ad). Your listings are violating multiple eBay policies as they stand and eBay can pull them at any moment.
