Did you click on them all to bulk edit them and list them all at once?
I get that message sometimes too in bulk edit. It's frustrating as heck, but I just back out of it and either wait a while or do the listings individually.
When completed individually, they'll always go through. I don't know why I get that message sometimes in bulk edit.
