I drop off my package to san ysidro usps branch office today at 12:00 and now looked up the tracking number and it says it was delivered to San ysidro california at 12:12PM,

this item should be delivered to Puerto Rico.....

Its strange...Has anyone run into the same problem？

i try call usps by TTY mode(cause i'm dumb) however is always busy...

It’s not an uncommon error and it will fix itself. Someone hit the wrong key.

It happened to a dozen of my packages about 10 days ago ... the clerk punched in "Delivered to PO Box" rather than "Accepted". Within 24 hours, I had four customers contact me with "What?" and another customer open up a case for item not received.

Lots of customer service time spent with that little error ...

By the way, though the tracking showed the packages making their way to the customer through the USPS system, the packages never showed final delivery ... well, except to the local PO Box near us.

Actually it will show the final delivery, just not on eBay, the USPS online and the detailed tracking report from the PO will both have it.

So does the ebay tracking system do not fix itself?

I'm afraid the buyer suspects I'm a liar and open up a case for item not received.....

That's partially true .... eBay and USPS online did not show it delivered. Both showed delivered to the PO Box.

But, I went to the post office and got a print-out of their internal tracking so as to prove delivery for the item not received case, and sent the images through eBay to document.

I don't know what eBay would use in a case. They don't have access to the USPS internal tracking (as far as I know), and I don't know if they would accept a print-out.

I think the USPS is having some system problems today. One of my packages today 4/25 said "4:15am Arrived at Unit" and above it was "12:35pm Processed through Sort facility" I instantly knew it was the other way around and it was a glitch on the Post Service end.
