Sold watch listed as No Refunds. Buyer demanding refund and threatening to refuse delivery, due to their remorse. Fulfilled my responsibility of sending to Authenticator, authenticator did their thing, and shipped to buyer.
What are the possible outcomes of this?

Ebay does not look at pictures or videos in buyer disputes. If the item is not as described then just request to return it for a refund on that basis. Seller will need to send a return label and you ship it back.
Unfortunately your feedback left for others makes you look like a nightmare buyer. Perhaps Ebay is not for you.

have a problem with a seller that bought a 10$ ring for 350$ afyer checking more into the ring i messaged the seller if real gold and he mentioned no. can not do anything now because it still in transit but i feel this shady seller might send me a empty box so i was thing of not excepting the package but reading more into it; i think it is against the ebay rules to do that. i'm in no man land. only thing i can do is open the package with the mailman looking and being a wittness if nothing is in the box and record it when opening the package.
As a buyer you are covered by the eBay MBG so it matters little what arrives or does not arrive in the box. Accept the package, open it and see what is in it and if it is empty or the item is not as described in the listing open a NAD case with eBay or a chargeback with your credit card company. You will get your money back going either route.
