When a customer places an order for us and cancels it . Because one of us is unfair ,don't we pay the customer a lot ?

You still have to pay the .30 transaction fee if that was your question?

Not sure I understand your question but I will try to answer it. When customer ask to "cancel order" your EBAY are refunded to you.

Customers cannot cancel orders, there is no way for them to do so.
They can only request it and you have to decide either to accept or deny.

Oops...I meant to say your EBAY "fees are refunded" when customer cancels order.
