Create New Listing

Anyone else having this issue? 10 day and still unable to create a new listing Sell similar, edit current or what selling. no way around it. IT working on it! Yea right!

Sometimes the ability to revise or list will go down for an hour or so .... but ten days?

I honestly don't think it's a site wide thing.

What happens (exactly) when you try to list?

Have you cleared your cache? Tried a different browser?

Are you being restricted? The only reason I can think of is your selling is restricted for some reason. When this happens you cannot create new listings, or edit/revise existing listings. 
Check in your messages there should be a message from eBay about it that you may have overlooked.

exactly what happens when you try to list........on mobile/pc?

Ok, if you are not restricted and you are using the phone or tablet Ebay app, delete the app and re-install it.  Could be that the app went bad.    I have to do this one my tablet a few times a year after something stops working.

Using my desktop to eBay thru AOL. Unable to edit, sell similar or sell bar an item to get in. eBay states its a problem on there end with no resolution in site!

I am not having this issue at all, and I do all of those....   I'm guessing your entire account has been suspended.
