When we sell ebay, does ebay give the full value of my product when a customer pays with an ebay coupon?
How to deal with such a situation?

He/she is asking when a buyer uses a discount code,will they still get full whack.

Yes OP,you get the full price,ebay will make up the difference

If it's a coupon provided by ebay you get the full value for your item,  if you provided the coupon the cost of the coupon is deducted from the amount you receive.
