Anyone else having trouble with Vero taking down your own listings when reporting someone for counterfeiting!?! Yet the other sellers items don’t get removed!
Well those others weren't caught however yours has. Nothing can be done except if you reach out to the company. Do not relist that item. The manufacture doesn't want your item to be sold on Ebay.

VERO reports carry vastly more weight with eBay that community reports.
Ignoring a VERO report exposes eBay to liability for the seller's actions.
Certainly an odd situation. Looking at your items you appear to be a custom metal shop and I cannot imagine what particular items you would have got hit with as far as a VERO violation. I don't see your company as a VERO company participant so the fact that you are reporting the infringement of others may have something to do with it. The program itself is odd and I am not familiar with the internal workings of the reporting and action or how much BOT software is involved but the following may help.
eBay needs to hire the one of those Texas Rangers - their motto "One Riot One Ranger", Me thinks the Royal Canadian Mounted Police have a similar saying.
