Why cannot contact customer care agent or representative? If it is can could you please help?

My account was locked and its more than 14 days.  There is no solution or contact support.

It's been more than 14 days since my account is locked. the following msg appears when try to list out my item. But I couldn't contact Account Security Representative as shown that. (The msg or email is not provided). Can resolve that issue and my account get back to normal as soon as posible without contacting CS?

The message states your account was accessed by a 3rd party.  Does someone else have access to your account? I would email them and see if they'll get back to you.  Explain your situation and hopefully CS will get back to you.  Sorry for your experience.

I used my laptop,  android phone and my brother's laptop. Just only that devices. And I made my very 1st listing that day. that list also deleted in that situation. Account is operate since 2016 but I am new to selling.
