I am using my laptop with a mobile hotspot connection , Is it a reason for a suspend? Must I use a Wi-Fi connection? Please help me. Thank you!

Probably suspended for different IP addresses. eBay's bots don't like users logging in from strange IP addresses.

Isn't it relevant for a buying account? Because i used ebay about 1 month by mobile hotspot, But i didn' get suspend.

Post the eBay email or warning that appears and the reason for suspension may be obvious.

I'd disagree with this statement.  I use a VPN service 99% of the time, so my IP address changes every day.

 

3+ years of probably a different IP address every single day, and the only thing I notice is I often have to do a double CAPTCHA when performing some eBay tasks.

You need to include the message you got from ebay about the suspension.  It is very unlikely that you would get suspended for using a hot spot connection.

 

Your wifi home network most likely uses a  dynamic IP address and your IP changes frequently. Everybody would get suspended if a different IP was the reason.

We are Buyers and sellers forum ( members of public) we can not hep you as we don't make eBay policies. We can only share our experience and knowledge gained over many years trading on this platform and by understanding eBay's policies terms and conditions.

 

You MUST have violated eBay's policies/ terms and conditions and or you MUST have submitted information when registering that eBay have discovered to be FALSE.

 

Based in Sri Lanka and member in USA since MAY 2021 might have something to do with this SUSPENSION.

 

There would be no speculation as to why you got suspended if you had copied and paste the notice you received from eBay.

No, it's because eBay doesn't understand people outside of Gilead have dynamic IP. I get blocked EVERY time I login and have to ring the customer services number. They tell me every time it's because of different IP addresses.
