Compromised Account

Last month someone compromised my account and started selling this on Ebay. It looks like printers. I keep getting emails about when Im going to send out the merchandise and I replied letting the buyers know not to send any money. Ebay helped me get my account back, but people are still emailing me and I have emailed Ebay numerous times. I even had one person work with me and contact Ebay to ask for their refund and what is being done about getting him his refund.

If those "printers" are not yours, but rather items 'sold' by the person who hijacked your account, they should have been removed as part of securing your account.  Though we have no idea what is going on with your account now you need to make sure all is in order.  It may require more contact with eBay to make sure things are secure.

You can try using the big blue SEND MESSAGE button on this page to ask for help.  Provide your contact info, user ID, item numbers and a timeline/description of what is going on.

Good luck.

Buyers typically need to file a claim for "item not received" to get their money back.  However, that process may be thwarted if the hijacker provided phony tracking details for the merchandise.

IMO, it's unusual for two buyers to neither file INRs nor leave negative feedback. Both transactions took place on August 5, so they're running up against eBay's 30-day deadline for filing an INR (although, of course, those buyers would have other options.)

I do note that even though those two items show up in the OP's "sold listings," each of them displays the comment, "This listing was ended by the seller because there was an error in the listing."
