I noticed another seller had an item for sale using my company's registered GTIN. I figured it was a similar product so I messaged them asking to remove the product and relist it using another UPC since their current one was incorrect and we never authorized them to sell our product. I heard nothing back.
Out of curiosity I ordered the product. It is a similar product but different brand, size, etc. However it ALSO arrived directly from Amazon with an Amazon gift receipt and receipt showing the order number. I looked up the product and it is available on Amazon for a lower price than they are selling it.
My understanding is that it is against eBay's terms of service to use Amazon as a dropshipper in this method. I am guessing they are doing it for all of their products (would not even need any presence in the US to do this). How do I go about reporting them for breaking eBay's TOS in this way? Will it likely get them kicked off eBay or would reporting stir up a hornet's nest eBay may do nothing about?
TIA!

Is this your product that you manufacture and sell? Register with VERO and report them. This is the only way Ebay will pull a listing. https://pages.ebay.com/seller-center/listing-and-marketing/verified-rights-owner-program.html
