Communication with Bay

How does one communicate with e bay?  I have a simple question that could be solved with a simple email, but where do I find an email address for customer service?  I have been told by a computer generated chat that I will received a phone call and this phone call never happens, I am ready to give up and really believe there is no help provided for sellers.  Where do I go to find an email address for help with a simple issue?  Why the mystery?  There is no where to go for assistance?

Given that you've had an account here since 2014, is it possible that you have an old phone number in your contact info?

Can you try your "simple question" here? Is it the question you asked in the Mentors group about the latest Sold items not appearing?

There is no direct phone number or email address.  You can use the help and contact heading at the bottom of this page, but for the best possible outcome, you'll be better off contacting ebay for business on their facebook page.

I have my same phone number for over 25 years.  EBay sends a computer generated message that I will receive a phone call and gives me the place to enter my phone number then I never receive a call.  This is frustrating because it is impossible to talk to a computer generated chat and their system is ineffective, I simply give up, there is no help, we are on our own, end of story, thank you for trying.  I give up on ever receiving any kind of assistance with a simple problem.

If you wait for an email from eBay, you will wait until rapture.  Sorry.  What you need to do is reach out on social media via Facebook:

These agents are US CS eBay employees and may better serve you and your situation.  Many positive posts with their ability to be helpful.  In the past they were helpful concerning my issue at hand.  Give it a try...it might be worth it.

I have a sold item sold on 12/23/23.  It does not show up in the SOLD items list, this to me sounds like a tech issue that only ebay could solve?  Is there a way for me to add an item to my sold list?

My sold item sold 12/23/23 does not show up in the SOLD list.  How can I add a sold item to the list?  To me this seems like a computer glitch or tech issue which could only be solved by ebay.

Yes I was paid, I the buyer made me an offer that I accepted.  Are these sales not added to the sold list?

I don't see a 'Sold' for that date, either. Do you have anything under 'Seller Hub/Orders/Awaiting payment - or - Awaiting shipment'??

A recent change for some sellers has been that accepted offers are being sent back to the buyer as an offer for them to pay and some are not doing so--probably because of confusion over the change of process.    Since you were paid, though, I doubt that was the issue. Did the money show in your account as it should have?  Hopefully someone else has an answer for you.   As far as I know, all paid for items should show up in your sold list.  Were you able to print a shipping label?
