Combined shipping question

Howdy. I know it's been recently asked - but if I sell two different items to the same buyer - can I still use same tracking number after each sale? Or does that now have to be set up in advance. Thank you kindly.

usually these days if I get separately paid sales from the same buyer (and they're going to same address) I just use the bulk shipping labels to combine them, then they both get the same tracking # automatically

Yes, just copy/paste the first tracking number into the 2nd add tracking.
It works better for me to copy from the window which pops up when you click the tracking number.
Tested less than a week ago. Twice. Works fine.
