Combined Shipping Doesn't Appear In Checkout

Hi there. I edited my shipping preferences so that $3.50 is subtracted from each additional item that a buyer purchases, but it's not showing up in checkout. I added two items into the cart but it still charges two separate shipping fees without the discount. How do I fix this issue? I'm trying to make it so that the buyer only has to pay one shipping fee when they buy two or more items.

I see 59 active listings on the id you've used to post with. Each of the 59 listings offers free shipping.

I notice that all but 2 of your items have free shipping so combined shipping would not apply to those items.

In regards to the necklaces, did you make & check Combined shipping discounts in your payment area of your listing (below your handling time)?

Oh, boy. You are so right. I scrolled through that list too quickly and completely overlooked those two listings.

Actually I was checking the OP's listings & getting that screenshot done & did my post before I saw that you had already responded so I wasn't trying to correct you...I actually had thought the same thing you did. 

Maybe the OP wants to give buyers a discount for purchasing more than one of their items that has free shipping???  If this is the case @cat.tree.nuh , you would need to scroll down to the bottom of your edit listing and do a discount from there.
