Since you use the "best offer" feature you may wish to turn the buyer preferences eBay stuck on your account to NO.  These prevent combining multiple offers from the same buyer if you wish to have that available to them.  It also limits the payment options a buyer can use since your settings require they put up a default payment source in order to make the offer in the first place.  They will be billed for the entire amount for each individual accepted offer, which costs YOU more as well when you can't combine.

Click submit.

It is possible that the "allow buyers to request a combined invoice" from the cart is also on that page.  If not, look for it and check YES..

Is it better not to have “or best offer” & just list items as a fixed price? I thought with a  “best offer” may get more views? 

Have not had the right items to use auction listings.
