I shipped an item to a customer who did not have their correct address listed, so it came back to me in the mail. We communicated and I have his correct address now. Is there a way to send a payment request/invoice to the buyer for the additional monies to purchase a new label to re-ship the package? I thought you could do so by pulling up their ebay buyer profile but did not see an option. Thanks for any help!

No, you can't do it through Ebay.
You'll have to use Pay Pal or another app you guys choose.

Yup, you gotta use PP or some other money exchange app.

We refund the buyer for the 1st shipment, less postage. We re-list the item again, just for the Buyer with shipping and the Buyer purchases the item again.
Good luck!

This is my standard reply for RTS packages - you can take the advice that helps and leave the rest @firejake2003.
You have a few options. You should decide which route you'll be taking and communicate with the buyer, but wait until the item is returned (and delivered) to you before you take any of the following actions.

I would cancel the transaction as "problem with buyer's address" and tell him he needs to re-purchase the item after he has fixed the address on his account.
