Codeless Coupon not working

About two weeks ago I st up a codeless coupon When I tried to preview it I got an error message saying the promotion did not exist. Customer service said I could only preview it once it went live. It was supposed to go live today at midnight.

At midnight it showed as active, but none of the items listed showed it. This morning when I looked at it, it was active, when I looked it from a different account I could not see the sale.

Anyone else run into this?

I have found it often takes a while for it to actually go live, but if you set this up last night, it should be good by now.
