It may have something to do with the fact that you only have 5 listings up and they are all in the art arena which kind of a odd category since art value is subjective based on the buyers taste. It may also be your lack of experience on eBay similar to your lack of experience on this forum where you marked your own question as the solution.

Are these your paintings or are they from another artist? You may want to add a few more details to your description. Things like size, artist, etc. It says the painting is signed but I cannot see any signature on the paintings.

Nice work, however some here may take that you are advertising your items for sale here on this forum, which you cannot.

As a new seller, be careful of sports bidders and scammers.  You have mostly auctions and that's what they look for.  They try to steal your money and your hard work.  You might want to change your listings to all fixed prices with no best offers and immediate payment required checked off too.  That way you'll get more serious buyers.

Good luck and happy selling.

You may also want to add what medium your work is done in...oils, acrylic, water color, etc in your description as well.  Add some more pictures too. Who the artist is and maybe a bit more of a description than Sunrise on the Plains.   That doesn't say much at all.

Again, good luck.

Not every item listed on eBay gets views ("clicks").

And not every item listed on eBay gets sold, regardless of the number of "clicks" it gets.

Please do some more reading.

Art is one of those things that it is so difficult to establish a BIN price for. I have seen paintings sell at auction for hundreds/thousands that I personally would not give you $10 for. I have seen the original Mona Lisa painting and I was a huge disappointment. Not something I would even consider buying although there are LOTS of people out there that would.

I totally realize what you're saying.  Yes, nice work an it is worthy of an auction in many respects.  However, we just continue to see these new sellers getting stiffed and scammed on left and right.  I honestly was just offering some advice and perhaps a way to protect themselves, because we both know the OP is a total target for the outcome can unfortunately be.  At least with BIN someone could purchase it outright and they got a little money coming in as a starter.  Yes, the Mona Lisa was not all it's pumped up to be.  A lot of art out there isn't all that, I'm an art major...I personally am not a fan of Jackson Pollock or Jean Michelle Basquiat...my second graders drew better.  I guess it's who you know.   I wish the OP all the best.

I am not going to judge your artwork one way or another, but the most likely scenario is just not enough people who like your painting enough to look at them?

Also agree with your assessment and suggestions there are multiple options. At least the OP is not selling a high target item for the scammers like cell phones. Agree that if OP knows what they want their return to be that BIN is probably a better option.
