The suggestion that a company who is complacent in their ways is a company that answers to their customers while managing the customers money with we have done enough and we do not do that, when you find errors in their favor they dont produce any audits or accountability. They don't do that. Then it is time to turn and burn because that's all they do, that's all they have EVER done and if your NOT paying attention they ARE DOING IT TO YOU TOO.
Just a bit of info: you should head the warning. BURN BURN BURN KARMA WILL GET THEM...

Actually, I had a rudimentary idea of what the job entails. Was just trying to figure out why someone with those skills would have such a lack of knowledge about the English language and grammar.

You'd think that someone with that amount of education and such strong feelings about errors in eBay's calculations would want to return and show us some examples, wouldn't you?

Simple things can be difficult for the genius mind........
Although, if you think you need a forensic accountant to reconcile your eBay business accounts, you are doing something seriously dreadfully wrong.

I lived in ND until I was almost 12. We were South-East corner (Rutland, of all the names on the planet, none more accurate).
I know the name Bowman, but I "think" it's because one of Dad's friends was Ronnie Bowman!

And another 42 paragraphs of needless dribble, still no examples.
It takes a forensic accountant to read through that wall.

We don't need all the effort you have put into researching and proving out your numbers. All we need are a couple of examples of the fees you were overcharged on.
Just tell us what you sold for what amount, what category and how much your FVF was. It is really that simple.
It is unfair of you to think that people that have been internet sellers would simply buy into anything you say because you assure us you have to be correct because you are an accountant. That simply isn't going to work for most. We don't know you and therefore we have questions. No disrespect is intended. We are just trying to better understand what has you concerned and if we should also be concerned. But we aren't going to do that just because you say so. You too need to respect that.

Hello Mam98031, Thanks for your concerns regarding my experience.
I will revise my statement as one of an FYI: that I have had a terrible time with resolving some accounting issues. The result of my dealing with customer service has been arduous and very time consuming.
I would suggest to my fellow EBayers that when your dealing with another party who handles your money to double check their mathematical transactions against your mathematical details as well the dates and amounts of distribution with your money.
In my case the resolution were that many apologies for the terrible experience were made. It was not that errors weren't corrected, it was the time effort and lack of accurate interoffice response to my requests for assistance in resolving what I pointed out to the customer service in the first place.
Math is not difficult to calculate, obviously. The results could always be a bit better and more accuracy would have healed the situation 100%.
I wished to express my sincere concern to anyone who does not reconcile their books as a practice, because
no one is perfect. How else could one possibly know that error has occurred in the first place?
Unintentional at that, being that if you do not point it out to anyone how would they know they have errored.
That is all you need to understand. Questioning or trying assist in this matter wouldn't change the issues which are not open anymore.
I did get it resolved and the experience I have shared. I hope no one else has the same things to deal with that I have dealt with. 14 phone transfers with my first inquiry were definitely a red flag.
Thank you

Einstein also said use your observations as a benchmark of character.
If you do not use your observations as a key indicator of what the details in anything are
then you might as well just sit in the corner and keep your mouth shut.

Oh my did you just say that. without forensic anything the criminals would certainly run amuck, your dreadfully naive thinking that way. There are many questions in any transaction, in every aspect of monetary concern.
No offense taken none meant, Genius has its setbacks, providing thought for others is not one of them, being open to possibility is not either. The biggest setback is meeting others with the same aptitude.
Nice to meet you.
