The suggestion that a company who is complacent in their ways is a company that answers to their customers while managing the customers money with we have done enough and we do not do that, when you find errors in their favor they dont produce any audits or accountability. They don't do that. Then it is time to turn and burn because that's all they do, that's all they have EVER done and if your NOT paying attention they ARE DOING IT TO YOU TOO.

Hello Mam98031, Thanks for your concerns regarding my experience.

I will revise my statement as one of an FYI: that I have had a terrible time with resolving some accounting issues. The result of my dealing with customer service has been arduous and very time consuming.

I would suggest to my fellow EBayers that when your dealing with another party who handles your money to double check their mathematical transactions against your mathematical details as well the dates and amounts of distribution with your money.

In my case the resolution were that many apologies for the terrible experience were made. It was not that errors weren't corrected, it was the time effort and lack of accurate interoffice response to my requests for assistance in resolving what I pointed out to the customer service in the first place.

Math is not difficult to calculate, obviously. The results could always be a bit better and more accuracy would have healed the situation 100%.

I wished to express my sincere concern to anyone who does not reconcile their books as a practice, because

no one is perfect. How else could one possibly know that error has occurred in the first place?

Unintentional at that, being that if you do not point it out to anyone how would they know they have errored.

That is all you need to understand. Questioning or trying assist in this matter wouldn't change the issues which are not open anymore.

I did get it resolved and the experience I have shared. I hope no one else has the same things to deal with that I have dealt with. 14 phone transfers with my first inquiry were definitely a red flag.

How are you crunching your numbers? What is your figure compared to whst eBay is claiming?

Hello there,

I will tell you this . I have all the math skills of a forensic accountant, and believe me when I say this.

I could put forth the spread sheets and hundreds of phone calls as it would prove my point and my experience as stated. I'm offering to anyone who does business on EBay that the golden rules of

of business are being and have been flushed down the toilet.

Trusting a company to be count your money for you and not auditing it your self is pretty ignorant.

Trusting any company who does not feel you deserve an audit when you request it is the big red flag.

Trusting is not in their policy it just doesn't matter to them that you want to be treated fairly and with accountability. They do not care.

When the customer service is using a playbook for the responses to serious issues that play book is

antiquated with old school banking policy and procedures that they should be embarrassed, but they are not. Remember Bernie made off, made off with his clients millions, I dont think anyone wants to speak about the once trusted company who went and made off with 20 million dollars a month by Putting higher Tarriffs on the masses. FVF's.. and skimmimng the ill gotten gains, why not, its okay to do these things ,look at Biden, did it in Ukrain, now they are doing it the USA. The leaders are crooked and they do not care.

I would not post these things if they weren't true. better things to do with my time.

If you would like help understanding the full breakdown, we need actual numbers.

I am not aware of a site wide, ongoing miscalculation of fees. They’re usually right on. Because if that, it seems to me that it’s just a misunderstanding of how fees are calculated.

Just provide one specific example with all the facts as dryophelia requested. Maybe some one can help you. I sold on eBay for over 11 years shipped 1665 items in during period and never had an issue in reconciling my eBay &/or eBay & Pap Pal cost. I do have a nice pedigree (sheep skin) and nice 41.5 year resume of real life experiences. Some times I an error but that is human - heck never received all 100s or 4.0s on my report cards from the first grade thru the next 18.5 years of formal education. All that rhetoric about your pedigree and a nickel won't by you a cup of coffee except at Wall Drug in Wall South Dakota. And they have not gone up since the last time I went there in 1976.

Conspiracy theories are just that.

Oh one more thing when you receive any Explanation of Benefits from your health/dental insurance provider - go over each with a fine tooth comb - you will find "glitches" (aka human errors in my book) of all kinds of issues - some real big bucks). This will be of a great benefit when you get on Medicare - see I'm a '44 model.

Here is my math. I have a bunch of junk parts for sale. Literally, junk parts. The stuff I sell is what would otherwise be thrown away if I did not have a platform to sell it on. I list it, sell it, eBay takes their fee's and gives me the rest. I keep stuffing money into my bank account! I don't need to do the math, it works. I make money. Thank you eBay!
